What payment methods do you accept ?

To which countries do you ship ?

We ship worldwide.

How long does it takes for my order to arrive ?

Dispatch : Same day shipping on orders placed prior 15:00 CET on weekdays.

France : 2-3 weekdays.

European Union : 2-5 weekdays with.

Outside European Union : 4-10 weekdays.

Note : We are not in the office on the weekends. Any overnight orders placed on a Friday will be shipped from our warehouse the following Monday. We also do not ship on bank holidays. Expect your order to be shipped the following business day.

How much does shipping cost ?

Free worldwide shipping for all order over 100 Euros.


The costs are automatically calculated depending on the carrier / service selected and the location which the order must be shipped, so the shipping charges can only be provided once you begin the checkout process.

How do I track my order ?

Once your payment is finalized and your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email with which you can track your order online.

You will also be able to follow your order directly on our website with the "Follow my order" section.

How can I return / exchange my order ?

Exchange : If you would like to exchange to a different size, color, or model, you can simply return your original order and place a new one.


Return : If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you received, you can return the product(s) concerned within 30 days after receiving it. All you need is to notify us on our "Contact" page or by email at contact@dslinedesign.com specifying your order number and include in the package the return form filled out with accurate information. The returns form will be enclosed with your delivery. In case you did not received one or lost it, please contact us. Return without proper documentation will not be accepted.


All goods will be inspected. The product(s) must be unworn, without having been tampered and be accompanied by the original labels and packaging in their original condition otherwise we will refuse the package(s) which we will not be held responsible for.


Any returns should be shipped using a service providing a tracking number and insurance as we can not be responsible for delayed or lost package(s). 


Please note that the return shipping fees will be at your full charge.


If you are located outside of the European Union, please make sure that there is clearly written "RETURNED GOODS, NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" on the outside of the package.

How long does a refund takes ?

We usually proceed to the refund the same day we have received the package. However please note that we are legally entitled to process refunds within 14 weekdays. We will credit you via the same payment method you originally used. 

It can take up from 2 to 5 weekdays for the funds to appears back in your account depending your bank.

How can I cancel or change my order ?

You may cancel or changes your order as long as the order has not been dispatched. To do so, please contact us by using the "Contact" section on our website or by email at contact@dslinebasics.com.
