Refund policy
Exchange :
If you would like to exchange to a different size, color, or model, you can simply return your original order and place a new one.
Return :
If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you received, you can return the product(s) concerned within 30 days after receiving it. All you need is to notify us on our "Contact" page or by email at contact@dslinedesign.com specifying your order number and include in the package the return form filled out with accurate information. The returns form will be enclosed with your delivery. In case you did not received one or lost it, please contact us. Return without proper documentation will not be accepted.
All goods will be inspected. The product(s) must be unworn, without having been tampered and be accompanied by the original labels and packaging in their original condition otherwise we will refuse the package(s) which we will not be held responsible for.
Any returns should be shipped using a service providing a tracking number and insurance as we can not be responsible for delayed or lost package(s).
Please note that the return shipping fees will be at your full charge.
If you are located outside of the European Union, please make sure that there is clearly written "RETURNED GOODS, NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" on the outside of the package.
